Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role involves providing strategic legal guidance, conducting in-depth legal research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court and other legal settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering thorough legal advice and guidance to clients
- Conducting extensive legal research to develop effective case strategies
- Negotiating settlements with a focus on maximizing client outcomes
- Representing clients in court and other legal proceedings related to Personal Injury Law
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a wide range of Personal Injury cases
- Background in Criminal Law is advantageous
- Skilled in delivering legal advice and conducting research
- Strong negotiation capabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of Personal Injury Law
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- Availability for on-site work
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) is a plus
